- Essential oils carry no warranty and must be used strictly according to intended use and guidelines. Any misuse renders any responsibility or liability null and void.
- We encourage you to purchase smaller sizes for testing before committing to larger volumes.

Fraud Prevention
To safeguard against fraud, orders of P10,000 or more may require a landline contact number for verification. All fraudulent transactions will be reported, and perpetrators will be prosecuted under the laws of Botswana.

Customer details (such as name, contact, and address) are securely stored by Naga Naturals. Payment card details are handled exclusively by DPO Paygate on their secure platform and are never stored or accessible by Naga Naturals.
