We provide high-quality products at competitive wholesale and bulk pricing. As such, we do not incorporate shipping costs into our product prices, unlike many retail businesses.
Please note that all shipping services are facilitated through third-party logistics providers who charge separately for their services. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to offer free shipping, as we are not in a position to absorb these additional costs. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
🚚 Domestic Delivery (Botswana – Nationwide)
We use Sprint Couriers for reliable, door-to-door delivery across Botswana.
Delivery Timeframes:
- Main City Centres: Delivery within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 1:00 PM are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Fridays are dispatched the following Monday.
Order Processing:
Orders are processed and handed over to the courier promptly after payment confirmation.
Shipping Fees:
Rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination.

🔒 High-Risk or Restricted Areas:
In some cases, couriers may not deliver directly to certain locations due to safety concerns. In such situations, deliveries will be made to the nearest designated pickup point (e.g., a police station), as per the courier’s policy.
🌍 International Delivery (Worldwide)
We proudly ship internationally using trusted partners: DHL and FedEx.

- Estimated delivery is approximately 7 working days, depending on the destination.
