Returns, Refunds & Breakages Policy – Naga Naturals

At Naga Naturals, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. Please review our returns and refund policy carefully.


Inspection of Orders

We encourage all customers to inspect their orders promptly upon receipt. Refunds or exchanges will only be accepted within 7 (Seven) days of receiving the products, unless otherwise stated. Returns are accepted strictly in accordance with the policy set out below.

Conditions for Refunds and Credits

Refunds or store credit will only be considered for items that are:

  • In their original, unopened, and unused packaging;
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

Please note: While we offer guidance on our products, Naga Naturals cannot guarantee the results of any final product manufactured using our raw materials. We strongly recommend making and testing a sample batch before full-scale production. No refunds will be issued if the final outcome differs from your expectations.

Returns & Exchanges (Non-defective Products)

If you wish to return or exchange non-defective products:

  • You will be responsible for the return delivery costs.
  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the form of either cash or store credit, processed within 30 (Thirty) days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • We will consider the condition of the goods being returned before making a refund or exchange.
  • We do not issue refunds on any products that have been opened or used.

Out-of-Stock Items & Order Errors

All products are subject to availability. In the event of an out-of-stock item or order processing error, we will offer you a full refund or credit, based on your preference, within 30 (Thirty) days.

Breakages & Defective Products

If you receive damaged or defective products:

  • Naga Naturals will cover the delivery costs of replacements.
  • Claims must be submitted immediately upon receipt, in writing, along with dated photographic evidence of the damage.
  • We will assess the claim on merit and may offer a replacement, refund, or credit.

Please note: Our liability does not extend to products damaged after collection or during customer-arranged transit.

All glassware and containers are packed with great care. However, if breakages occur in transit, please notify us immediately for review and resolution.

Products Sold by Mass

All bulk products are weighed using SANAS-calibrated industrial digital scales. If you suspect a product is underweight, it must be returned in its original, unopened packaging for verification before a refund or replacement can be considered.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
  • You must receive written confirmation of cancellation from our office.
  • If an order is cancelled after confirmation, an administration fee of 5% of the order value will apply.
